In the old Renaissance villa, looking out over the slopes of the Chianti Rufina countryside with its vineyards and olive groves, an ascent into the past to discover the evolving character and complexity of one of our three finest wines. Through a vertical tasting of five vintages from the year 2000 onwards, you will come to know the longevity and gradual fruited power of a Chianti Rufina Riserva, the Villa Bossi. Or else the ageing over time of one of the two free-style wines, the Super Tuscans of opposing spirit: the velvet femininity of Ser Amerigo or the warrior, almost masculine soul of Mazzaferrata. The tour lasts two and a half hours and costs €100 per person.
