XXVIII edition of the Extra Virgin Olive Oil Show and Market of Calenzano

The XXVIII edition of the Extra Virgin Olive Oil Show and Market of Calenzano is about to begin, taking place on 10/11 and 17/18 November at the St.Art. Eventi exhibition centre, from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm.

Once again this year Fattoria di Volmiano will be taking part in this wonderful event with its oils, renowned for their intensity and smoothness. On the nose the oil is intense, with hints of green almond and artichoke. On the palate, the first impression is fruity and herbaceous, turning slightly peppery on the finish. It pairs perfectly with vegetable-based first courses, soups, pulses and fish.
