XXII Extra Virgin Olive Oil Show and Market

The XXII edition of the Extra Virgin Olive Oil Show and Market of Calenzano is about to begin, taking place on 4/5 and 11/12 November at the St.Art. Eventi exhibition centre, from 10.00 am to 8.00 pm.

Once again this year Fattoria di Volmiano will be taking part in this wonderful event with its own oil, renowned for its intensity and smoothness. On the nose it is intense, with hints of green almond and artichoke. On the palate, the first impression is fruity and herbaceous, turning slightly peppery on the finish. It pairs perfectly with vegetable-based first courses, soups, pulses and fish.
