harvest 2021

The harvest came early and was quickly done this year, as the April frost caused a certain amount of damage. The quality of the grapes, on the other hand, was exceptional, having enjoyed the summer heat and the first autumn rains. Fermentation is complete and we are now proceeding with the drawing off. Meanwhile the Trebbiano is drying in the loft of the villa. It promises to be a fine vintage, both in aroma and in freshness.
