Harvest 2016

This year again we have had a superb vintage, with grapes truly of the finest quality.

We are completing the final stages of the harvest; today we finish picking the Trebbiano into crates, which will then be laid out to dry in the loft.

At present the finest variety in fermentation is Sangiovese, though the others are hardly behind.

This year we shall have a great wine, with wonderful primary aromas!

This owes not only to the gifted oenologist we entrust ourselves to and to our staff, who follow every stage of production with such skill, but above all to our terroir: the Chianti Rufina, which lends every variety its own elegance and singularity.
