Prowein 2020 - event postponed

Owing to the COVID19 health emergency, the event has been postponed to a date to be confirmed.

This year too, our estate Marchesi Gondi – Tenuta Bossi will take part in the 25th Prowein, International Trade Fair Wines and Spirits from 15 to 17 March 2020 in Düsseldorf.

The estate will be located within the Consorzio Vino Chianti area, Hall 16 stand E51. It will be possible to taste some of our finest wines, such as the Chianti Rufina DOCG Riserve Pian dei Sorbi 2016 and Villa Bossi 2013.

A few notes on Villa Bossi 2013: its appearance is a deep ruby red, with fine colour texture and light purple highlights. On the nose: ripe, macerated blackberry, followed by a sweet, integrated spiciness of liquorice and vanilla with balsamic and toasted shadings. The finish shows notes of cocoa. And finally on the palate: great structure and character. The wine’s fullness shows in the roundness and personality of the tannins; the finish is long, with fruity and mineral notes closing on a pleasing note of liquorice.
