New Capsule Collection

The New Capsule Collection, born of the collaboration between Carolina Ravarini Milano, a young and brilliant jewellery designer, and the Museo Bagatti Valsecchi, housed on the piano nobile of the palace of the same name, will be presented in Milan on Tuesday 16 February at 6.30 pm in the prestigious house-museum in via Gesù. The setting, the fruit of an extraordinary late nineteenth-century collecting venture led by the two Bagatti Valsecchi brothers, will host a unique evening designed to raise funds for the museum and to create an occasion to rediscover its treasures.

Marchesi Gondi - Tenuta Bossi is sponsoring the event by pouring the Rosso Colli Toscana Centrale IGT " Ser Amerigo 2008". You will recognise this wine by its appearance: a lively ruby red with purple highlights; on the nose: a complex, intense and immediately appealing impact, with varied hints of wild berry preserve and black cherry in syrup, spiced notes of liquorice and cinnamon, opening in the glass with nuances of leather and tobacco; on the palate: substantial and dynamic at once, showing on the one hand the strength, savouriness and freshness of Sangiovese, and on the other the generous fruit of Merlot. The tannins are integrated and lend a structural framework that makes it a seductive and elegant wine.
