Marchesi Gondi - Tenuta Bossi for ATT

On Sunday 11 October from 2.30 pm the Marchesi Gondi family will exceptionally open the doors of Tenuta Bossi (Via dello Stracchino, 32, Pontassieve) for a day of guided visits with tasting in support of the Associazione Tumori Toscana A.T.T.

It will be an opportunity to admire the historic cellars of this property, which has belonged to the Gondi family since 1592 and has been renowned for its wine since the Renaissance.

Visitors will discover an authentic piece of Florentine history set amid the greenery of a hillside commanding a breathtaking view over the hills and vineyards of the Pontassieve area. Beyond this, the tasting of Tenuta Bossi’s wines will lead guests through a genuine journey of aroma, sight and flavour, while in the Villa’s chapel it will be possible to attend a concert by Daniele Del Lungo (violin) and Lorenzo Maria Scultetus (piano).

Minimum donation 15 Euro.

The initiative – held under the patronage of the Municipality of Pontassieve and sponsored by Prinz Beverage & Food – will help support the free home oncological care service provided by A.T.T. www.associazionetumoritoscana.it
