Marchesi Gondi at Prowein 2019

Marchesi Gondi – Tenuta Bossi will be taking part in the 24th Prowein, International Trade Fair Wines and Spirits, held from 17 to 19 March 2019 in Düsseldorf. The estate will be located within the Consorzio Vino Chianti area, Hall 16 stand E51.

It will be possible to taste some of our excellent wines, such as the Chianti Rufina DOCG riserve Pian dei Sorbi 2015 and Villa Bossi 2013.

Villa Bossi 2013 to the eye: intense ruby red, with a good colour weave and light purple reflections. Nose: ripe, macerated blackberry, followed by sweet, well-integrated spice of liquorice and vanilla with balsamic and toasted nuances. The finish shows notes of cocoa. Palate: great structure and character. The wine’s fullness reveals itself in the roundness and personality of the tannins; the finish is long, with fruity and mineral notes closing on a pleasant hint of liquorice..
