Marchesi Gondi at Prowein 2018

Marchesi Gondi – Tenuta Bossi will be taking part in the 23rd Prowein, International Trade Fair Wines and Spirits, held from 18 to 20 March 2018 in Düsseldorf. We will be located within the Winebar of the Consorzio del Chianti.

It will be possible to taste some of our excellent wines, such as the Chianti Rufina DOCG riserva Pian dei Sorbi 2013.

Colour: full ruby red with light violet glints. On the nose it shows great personality, keeping a fruitiness with fragrances of ripe fruit, raspberry and cherry, which then opens into a sweet spiciness of vanilla and cinnamon, closing on nuances recalling leather, sweet blond tobacco and black pepper. The entry on the palate is soft and elegant, with well-judged tannins and a supporting freshness; the finish is markedly savoury, holding a delicious note of red fruit, cherry above all, and a clear aromatic accord with sweet blond tobacco.
