Italia a Tavola

At the Premio Italia a Tavola, held in Florence on 4 March, awards for 2013 went to various figures from the world of cooking and beyond, such as Ilario Vinciguerra in the chefs category and, among maîtres and sommeliers, Vincenzo Donatiello. The Consorzio del Chianti attended the event with a selection of its members’ wines.

Marchesi Gondi – Tenuta Bossi was present in particular with the Riserva Chianti Rufina Villa Bossi 2009, produced only in the finest vintages. Blend: 80% Sangiovese, 10% Colorino, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, aged for 2 years in oak casks and barriques — a wine, therefore, of great structure and intense aromas.
