IMAF Chef's Cup in Florence and Rome

On 15 May at the Hotel Bernini Bristol in Rome, and on 16 May at the Hotel Villa Medici in Florence, two legs of the IMAF CHEF’S CUP were held, a culinary contest in which Italy’s finest Michelin-starred chefs compete.

We at Marchesi Gondi – Tenuta Bossi took part with our wines, paired with the prestigious dishes prepared by the chefs. Our Ser Amerigo 2006, for example, was paired with the Gran fritto di fattoria on a bed of lamb’s lettuce.
