IMAF Chef's Cup

On 20 February the 4th leg of the IMAF CHEF’S CUP was held at the "L’Opera“ restaurant of the Hotel De La Ville in Milan, a culinary contest in which the finest Michelin-starred chefs compete, preparing delicacies inspired by masterpieces of literature and cinema.

For the occasion Marchesi Gondi – Tenuta Bossi took part with its own wines, pairing the tempting delicacies prepared by the chefs with its own wines. The anatra vanitosa, for example, was paired with the Ser Amerigo 2007 Rosso dei Colli della Toscana Centrale IGT.
