IMAF Chef's Club

On 10 February the 2nd leg of the IMAF CHEF’S CUP was held at the Hotel Villa Medici in Florence, a culinary contest in which Italy’s finest Michelin-starred chefs compete.

For the occasion Marchesi Gondi – Tenuta Bossi took part with its own wines, pairing them with the prestigious dishes prepared by the chefs. The “Lecca lecca di sogliola croccante alle mandorle”, for example, was paired with the Rosé Violana 2012, and the “Cappello ripieno di peposo con salsa di pecorino” with our celebrated Villa Bossi 2009.
