The Riserve Chianti Rufina DOCG Pian dei Sorbi 2016 and Villa Bossi 2015 were awarded 3 stars with scores of 90 and 92 points respectively. The Rossi Colli Toscana Centrale IGT Mazzaferrata 2013, Ser Amerigo 2013 and Fiammae 2016 were awarded 3 stars with scores of 93, 91 and 90 points respectively.

You will recognise the Ser Amerigo by its appearance: lively ruby red with purple highlights; nose: a complex, intense and immediately appealing impact. Varied notes of small red fruit preserve such as wild strawberry emerge, with spicy hints of liquorice and cinnamon, opening in the glass into nuances of leather and sweet tobacco; and finally the palate: full, with a refined tannic weave and vivid savouriness, softened by a generous embrace of fruit that lends the whole elegance and balance. The finish reveals balsamic and liquorice aromas.
