Food & Wine in Progress

On 27 and 28 November Florence will host the second edition of Food & Wine in Progress, promoted by the Unione Regionale Cuochi Toscani and the Associazione Italiana Sommelier Toscana.

This year again the event will be held at the Stazione Leopolda, open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Within the event, in the Eccellenze di Toscana section, visitors will be able to taste the finest wines of the 150 Tuscan estates featured in the Guida Vitae 2017.

Marchesi Gondi – Tenuta Bossi is taking part in this splendid two days of tastings with a range of wines, among them the Rosso Colli Toscana Centrale IGT “Ser Amerigo 2008”, blend: 40% Sangiovese, 40% Merlot and 20% Colorino, aged for 2 years in oak casks and barriques. A sensual, rounded wine with intense aromas of red fruit; the finish is long, with balsamic and spicy notes.
