Fiammae 2019 AWARDED AT CONCOURS MONDIAL DE BRUXELLES 2025

Marchesi Gondi – Tenuta Bossi wins another accolade: a few days ago we received an advance announcement from the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles.

This year the estate entered the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles 2025 with the red wine of the central Tuscan hills IGT "Fiammae 2019", and this wine was awarded the silver medal.

Fiammae 2019 is a brilliant ruby red. On the nose it is highly intense and of great complexity, with sensations that open on red fruits both fresh and dried – cherry, strawberry, raspberry – before unfolding into spicy and toasted notes. The spice is sweet, closing on nuances of dark chocolate and sweet tobacco. On the palate it is powerful and rich, with tight, silky tannins. The mouth returns the fruity notes of strawberry and cherry along with the toasted and spiced ones. A wine of great personality.
