Olive oil festival 2018

The XXIII edition of the Mostra Mercato Olio Extravergine d'Oliva of Calenzano will soon begin, taking place on 10/11 and 17/18 November at the St.Art. Eventi exhibition centre, open from 9.00 to 19.00.

This year too the Fattoria di Volmiano will be present at this splendid event with its own oil, renowned for its intensity and smoothness. On the nose it is intense, with hints of green almond and artichoke. On the palate the first impression is fruity and herbaceous, turning slightly pungent on the finish. It pairs perfectly with vegetable pasta dishes, soups, pulses and fish.
