Eccellenza di Toscana - VITAE 2015

On 14 December the 14th edition of Eccellenza di Toscana will take place, organised by “Sommelier Italiani Toscana”, bringing together the finest Tuscan estates selected by the VITAE 2015 guide.

The event will be held at Villa Castelletti in Signa from 10.30 a.m. to 7.30 p.m., with a tasting of the wines of Marchesi Gondi - Tenuta Bossi.

Alongside the Vin Santo Chianti Rufina Riserva DOC Cardinal de Retz 2003 and the Chianti Rufina Riserva DOCG Villa Bossi 2009, visitors will be able to taste the Rosso Colli Toscana Centrale IGT Ser Amerigo 2007 (blend: 40% Sangiovese, 40% Merlot and 20% Colorino), aged for two years in oak casks and barriques. A seductive wine of great structure and intense aroma; the finish is long, with balsamic and spicy notes.
