Cookstock

From 4 to 6 September Cookstock will be held: this year too good food meets good wine, with the creativity and flavours of great chefs joining the passion of sommeliers and the taste of street food, all seasoned with excellent music.

The event will take place in the main squares of the historic centre of Pontassieve.

For the occasion you will be able to taste some of the wines of Marchesi Gondi – Tenuta Bossi, among them Villa Bossi 2010 and San Giuliano 2012.

In particular, it will be possible to taste the Chianti Rufina DOCG Riserva “Villa Bossi 2010”, blend: 80% Sangiovese, 10% Colorino, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, aged for 2 years in oak casks and barriques. A wine for contemplation, with great structure and intense aromas; the finish is long, with fruity notes.
