Bacco Artigiano in Rufina

On 20–21 September Bacco Artigiano returns as ever to Rufina. This year too the Consorzio del Chianti Rufina will present the wines of its member estates at Villa di Poggio Reale.

We of Marchesi Gondi – Tenuta Bossi will also be there to offer our wines for tasting. In particular it will be possible to taste the Riserva Chianti Rufina DOCG Villa Bossi 2009 and the Ser Amerigo 2007.

Villa Bossi is a blend of 80% Sangiovese, 10% Colorino and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, aged for 2 years in oak casks and barriques. It is a wine for contemplation, with great structure and intense aromas, and a long finish with fruity notes.

Ser Amerigo, meanwhile, is a blend of 40% Merlot, 40% Sangiovese and 20% Colorino, aged for 2 years in oak casks and barriques. It is a seductive wine, with a refined tannic weave and a lively savouriness, softened by a generous embrace of fruit that lends the whole great elegance.
