Just a few days before the start of the two days of Luca Maroni at the Mercato Centrale in Florence, Marchesi Gondi – Tenuta Bossi received wonderful news: our wines were so appreciated by the guide "Annuario dei Migliori Vini Italiani 2016" that every one of them was scored 87/100 or above.

In particular the Super Tuscan, Rosso dei Colli Toscana Centrale IGT "Mazzaferrata 2009", achieved a superb score of 90/100. You will recognise this wine by its appearance: dense, compact ruby red; on the nose: broad, with beautiful hints of berry jellies, sweet oriental spices, minty balsamic notes and opening nuances of leather, coffee and chocolate; and finally on the palate: despite its great power, the tannins are perfectly integrated in a wine that comes across as balanced.
