A few notes on the Villa Bossi 2010. Appearance: intense ruby red, with good depth of colour and light purple reflections. Nose: ripe, macerated blackberry, followed by sweet, well-integrated liquorice and vanilla spice with balsamic and toasted nuances. The finish shows notes of cocoa. Palate: great structure and character. The wine's fullness is expressed in the roundness and personality of the tannins; the finish is long, with fruity and mineral notes closing on a pleasant hint of liquorice.
