4th IMAF Chef's Cup

On 28 May, at the Hotel De La Ville in Milan, the fourth stage of the IMAF CHEF'S CUP will take place, a culinary contest in which the finest Michelin-starred chefs of Lombardy will compete.

For the occasion, we of Marchesi Gondi – Tenuta Bossi will take part, pairing the prestigious dishes prepared by the chefs with our wines. For example, our white wine Sassobianco 2012 will be paired with the gnocchetti with asparagus tips, black truffle and saffron pistils.
