44th Bacco Artigiano

From 28 to 29 September the 44th Bacco Artigiano will be held in Rufina. As every year, over the weekend the Consorzio del Chianti Rufina sets up stands at Villa di Poggio Reale where member estates can present their wines for tasting.

Marchesi Gondi – Tenuta Bossi will take part in the event by presenting its own wines. In particular, it will be possible to taste the Chianti Rufina DOCG San Giuliano 2017, intense ruby red in colour. On the nose it shows fine intensity, with rose and violet and fruity notes recalling fairly crisp cherry and raspberry over a vanilla-scented base with hints of black pepper. On the palate it is soft and full at first, before revealing good freshness and gentle tannins. A dynamic palate that echoes on the finish the same fruitiness found on the nose, in particular cherry and the spiciness of black pepper
