43rd Bacco Artigiano 2018

From 27 to 30 September the 43rd Bacco Artigiano will be held in Rufina; as last year, the Consorzio del Chianti Rufina will set up stands at Villa di Poggio Reale over the weekend where member estates can present their wines for tasting.
Marchesi Gondi – Tenuta Bossi will take part in the event by presenting its own wines. In particular, it will be possible to taste the Chianti Rufina DOCG San Giuliano 2016, a blend of 80% Sangiovese, 10% Colorino and 10% Merlot, aged for 1 year in 29 hl oak casks.
You will recognise it at once, since at first it is soft and full, before revealing medium freshness and gentle tannins. A dynamic palate that echoes on the finish the same fruitiness found on the nose, in particular cherry.
