41st Bacco Artigiano in Rufina

From 22 to 25 September the 41st Bacco Artigiano will be held in Rufina; as last year, the Consorzio del Chianti Rufina will set up stands at Villa di Poggio Reale where member estates can present their wines for tasting.

Marchesi Gondi – Tenuta Bossi will take part in the event by presenting its own wines. In particular, it will be possible to taste the Chianti Rufina DOCG "San Giuliano 2013", a blend of 80% Sangiovese, 10% Colorino and 10% Merlot, aged for 1 year in 29 hl oak casks.

You will recognise it at once: at first it is soft and full, before revealing medium freshness and gentle tannins. A dynamic palate that echoes on the finish the same fruitiness found on the nose, in particular cherry.
